However, if you need professional adjustment and get the bike comfortable to ride, you probably will be disappointed. Here are some issues you may meet: - They said they don't provide the service to inflate the tires. - They said they can help to adjust the brakes only the tires get inflated. - You won't get a chance to take a test ride (due to the tires). - If you can not move the bike backward (because the chain get stuck), they won't check, and will tell you the bike is new and will get better in the future. - The handlebar didn't assembled symmetrically. The gentleman who came out to do the assembly was nice as well as prompt. However he was not a trained and experienced bike assembler, he was just in the business of assembling things. Fine for a table or a shelf from Ikea. But the whole point in paying for it was to get it tweaked and ready to roll. I still wound up having to make a trip to my local bike shop. Dylan should have come prepared with a spare tube since he knew he would be assembling this bike - if he had, I would have gotten my money's worth & given them 5 stars instead of 3. I addition to arriving unprepared, Dylan was totally unfamiliar with the bike & stated that he had never assembled one like it before - so he had to read the directions at every step, which didn't exactly inspire my confidence. Although I could NOT have assembled the bike on my own, they promised to adjust it, give info on maintenance, etc. and the ONLY service I got was assembly. Period. |
